Modern Maintenance Program:
Modern Heating & Cooling, Inc. recommends to all customers that they sign up for our Modern Maintenance Program which is a bi-annual 16 point check of their HVAC equipment in both the Spring and Fall. This program is offered at an annual discount on service and any repairs that may be needed to your equipment, including no extra charges for after hour emergency service during the business week. Annual maintenance of your HVAC equipment will prolong the life of the equipment and keep your energy and repair costs to a minimum. All manufacturers recommend annual checks to validate warranties on new and used equipment.
